However, if I queued a document and then restarted the spooler service it would spit out what was in the que. The copier shows as being offline in the control panel. Maybe you can elaborate on the process once at the ftp page?Īfter more testing and ripping out the drivers and re-installing I attempted to print a test page. Going into the FTP I wasn't sure how to get it to print a text file so here is a fun screenshot of what it looked like. Gregory, I removed bi directional printing but no luck. The printer was factory reset at the time of installation so I know that there is not any carry over.
I forgot to mention btw that these users have been printing fine before three days ago. Ok so after playing with it a little more today here is an update. if you go to the the FTP server of the machine ftp:/ Opens a new window / 192.168.1.xxx, and copy over a *.TXT file, does it print?.This was just purchased used? Have you reset the settings back to factory? Some places will configure ACL's on the MFP to control who can print to it.So when a print job is submitted is it clearing the print queue, or hanging with an error?.
